🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and delivery of complex web initiatives end-to-end
• Optimize user acquisition via improved browsing and login flows
• Architect scalable frontend systems using React and Next.js
• Improve site performance focusing on Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building modern large-scale web applications
• Expertise in TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Deep understanding of Core Web Vitals and web performance
• Experience designing and running A/B tests and feature rollouts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with OAuth and modern authentication (e.g. Google One Tap)
• Knowledge of technical SEO best practices
• Familiarity with Datadog or error monitoring platforms
