🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, train, grow, and manage a team of Solutions Architects.
• Partner with sales leadership to hit sales and consumption targets.
• Establish relationships across business to ensure customer success.
• Maintain robust hiring pipeline and keep team technically ahead.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in data space (data warehousing, big data, ML).
• 3+ years of first-line management leading technical pre-sales or solutions architecture teams.
• Understanding of advertising and media agency ecosystem (holdcos, data flow).
• 3+ years building and leading technical pre-sales teams.

• Experience as trusted advisor to technical executives.
• Experience working with teams across Sales, Product, and Engineering.
• Demonstrated architectural influence and review of complex architectures.
