You'll join the Partner Services team as the go-to guide for clients navigating their technical journey with Skyscanner. You'll troubleshoot technical challenges and bridge client needs with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Resolve technical challenges using internal tools and workflows
  • Partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams for solutions
  • Manage in-hours support queues to meet SLAs
  • Maintain documentation and manage client expectations

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Experience in relationship or account management in tech
  • Comfortable navigating API documentation and integrations
  • Hands-on with Postman or SoapUI to construct API requests
  • Ability to interpret XML/JSON responses

  • Experience with travel industry or similar domain
