🎯 What You'll Do

• Own commercial output and set targets for secondary schools in Nottingham
• Build relationships with school leaders and upskill wider teams
• Collaborate with team leaders to design and execute campaigns
• Line manage Account Managers and increase booking efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year management experience with direct line management of 2+ people
• Understanding of school pain points and passion for solving them
• Either commercial leadership or school leadership experience
• History of rapid career growth
