Description

You will lead the identification, development and transition of critical RF-based solutions across Anduril's product line, collaborating with customer R&D and business line teams to create new RF product solutions and secure competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Experience with software-defined radios
• Experience with RF sub-systems and component R&D
• Experience in advanced development programs for offensive weapons systems or equivalent complex commercial product
• Experience in network infrastructure, protocols, and technologies
• Master's of Science in a relevant technical discipline and active U.S. Top Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Create new RF product solutions in collaboration with customer R&D and business line technical teams
• Scout for new, disruptive RF technology
• Develop internal research and investment plans aligned with business line product strategy and internal investment
• Partner with academic institutions for development and application of emerging technologies
• Capture strategic customer research and development opportunities aligned with long-term plan
