You'll join the Gente Operations team to ensure fluidity and quality in HR processes. You'll map and improve workflows, propose scalable solutions, and support daily operations. This role offers impact in a leading financial institution with flexible work model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map and improve HR processes, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities
• Propose practical and scalable solutions considering operations, systems, and compliance
• Keep documentation organized and updated (AS IS/TO BE, RACI, rules, integrations)
• Support daily HR operations: benefits, terminations, payroll, time tracking, documents, SST

📋 Requirements

• Experience with operational HR routines
• Knowledge of HR systems and process vision
• Good communication, organization, and investigative sense
• Ability to solve problems, analyze data, and mobilize different areas

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in the financial market
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
