💼 About This Role

You'll own day-to-day sales and commercial legal process for a leading cloud contact center software company. Your work directly supports the sales team and drives business objectives. You'll negotiate complex SaaS agreements with diverse clients, including financial and healthcare companies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute daily sales and commercial legal process
• Negotiate and draft complex SaaS agreements
• Counsel on telecommunications, AI, and data privacy
• Improve standard form agreements and playbooks

📋 Requirements

• JD plus 10-15 years combined law firm and in-house experience
• At least 6 years negotiating complex agreements in tech sales
• Substantial experience with SaaS agreements and Data Protection Agreements
• Familiarity with telecommunications law, AI, and data privacy frameworks

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with reseller and distribution partner agreements
• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and HIPPA
• Global experience supporting multiple time zones
