• Manage program schedules, budgets, and objectives
• Own test planning including facility, article, and data collection
• Coordinate cross-department communication and risk mitigation
• Mentor R&D engineering team and impart best practices

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or applied science
• 5+ years managing complex hardware development projects
• 5+ years as responsible engineer delivering complex projects
• Experience with project/product management tools
