🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and team assignments
• Serve as primary client contact and lead contract negotiations
• Coordinate architectural drawings across all disciplines
• Facilitate and seal contract documents as Architect in Responsible Charge

📋 Requirements

• Registered Architect with NAAB-accredited degree in Architecture
• 8+ years of design experience
• Proficient in Revit
• Demonstrated ability to produce design and construction documents

• Knowledge of state building codes, ANSI 117.1, BOMA
