You'll operate at the intersection of engineering, architecture, and customer success, working directly with strategic enterprise clients to accelerate adoption of complex DevSecOps and AI-enabled platforms. You'll translate real-world customer challenges into scalable technical solutions, helping organizations deploy and operate software systems in highly regulated and constrained environments. This role combines deep hands-on engineering with customer-facing problem solving.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct deep technical discovery with strategic enterprise customers
• Design and lead solution architecture for CI/CD, security, and AI workflows
• Build and deliver proof-of-concepts and reusable technical accelerators
• Collaborate with internal teams to influence product improvements

📋 Requirements

• Software engineering experience in customer-facing roles
• Systems design expertise including APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, YAML pipelines, and APIs
• Enterprise deployment knowledge including security and observability

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or Go
• Exposure to AI/LLM systems and agentic workflows
