Requirements

• 4+ years designing and implementing large-scale data systems
• Strong Python and PySpark experience
• Experience with Databricks, Redshift, or Snowflake
• Expertise in high-volume ETL pipeline architecture and data modeling
• BA/BS in CS, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data pipelines into the data lake
• Create secure, compliant, privacy-focused data warehousing for healthcare
• Partner with data analytics team for accurate reporting
• Collaborate with data science and ML teams for rapid experimentation
• Champion data as a strategic asset across the organization
