Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, marketing or related field
• Minimum 7 years of communications, advertising, marketing or applicable experience
• Experience in agriculture or finance industries beneficial
• Ability to analyze issues and recommend appropriate solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of integrated content plans for external audiences
• Write copy, identify goals and key messages, outline strategy and tactics
• Initiate cross-functional meetings to align on copy needs and timelines
• Execute tactics including talking points, newsletters, articles, social media, ad copy
• Leverage AI tools for content ideation, drafting, and performance optimization
