You will drive post-sales team effectiveness by developing training programs, creating enablement content, and partnering cross-functionally to optimize sales processes. Your work directly impacts revenue retention and growth at Brex, an intelligent finance platform.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related field
  • Proven track record developing successful sales training programs
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, LMS, and other enablement tools
  • Excellent project management and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive sales training programs for new and existing post sales representatives
  • Create and maintain sales enablement content including playbooks, battle cards, competitive plays, and customer-facing assets
  • Develop and track metrics to measure effectiveness of enablement programs
  • Partner cross-functionally with PMM, Marketing, and Product to align on priorities and messaging
  • Lead onboarding programs for new post sales hires and provide ongoing coaching through field reviews
