💼 About This Role

You'll provide IT and AV support for a sustainable infrastructure investment firm. You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and meeting room technologies for executives and live events. This role offers the chance to work with advanced AV systems like Crestron and Zoom Rooms in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver onsite and remote support for IT and AV systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and meeting room technology.
• Set up and maintain IT and AV equipment.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and device setup.
• Coordinate with AV integrators and vendors.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years supporting Crestron, Poly, Zoom Rooms, or Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• 4+ years experience with computer hardware and Windows environments.
• Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong customer service orientation, including VIP support.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or manufacturer certs.
• Understanding of networking and AV platform architecture.
