💼 About This Role

You'll join Temporal to help enterprise engineering teams across Europe adopt and scale our open-source programming model. You'll deliver hands-on technical enablement at customer sites and create content that reduces friction for developers. This role combines deep technical expertise with field-facing impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Travel to enterprise customer sites across EMEA to deliver Temporal DevDays enablement
• Prepare and deliver hands-on labs and architectural walkthroughs
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Account Executives, and Customer Success
• Contribute sample applications and reusable content to DevDays library

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with distributed systems
• Based in Berlin, Germany with right to work
• Proficiency in one or more Temporal SDK languages (Python, Go, Java, TypeScript)
• Experience leading technical workshops or enablement sessions for senior engineers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Developer Relations or Solutions Architect role
• Familiarity with Temporal Cloud and advanced patterns (AI/agentic backends, Nexus)
• Multilingual — German and Spanish fluency a strong plus
