Description

You will lead global advisory board strategy and operations, integrating with congress planning across US, EU, and APAC. You will partner cross-functionally to ensure compliant, high-impact scientific engagement that shapes our pipeline and patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MS, PharmD, PhD or equivalent) in life sciences
• 10+ years in Medical Affairs within biotech/pharma with 5+ years in global congress strategy and operations
• Proven track record leading global and regional advisory boards across US, EU, and APAC
• Strong understanding of oncology landscape, particularly pancreatic, NSCLC, and colorectal cancers
• Deep knowledge of compliance standards governing global congresses and scientific exchange

Responsibilities

• Oversee global advisory board strategy and operations, including integration with congress planning
• Ensure compliant planning, execution, and documentation of advisory boards aligned with medical strategy
• Develop and execute processes for cross-functional sharing of advisory board insights
• Collaborate on Medical Affairs planning for priority congresses ensuring global consistency with regional adaptation
• Lead operational planning, budgeting, and vendor management for advisory boards
