Requirements

• Several years of practical project experience in digital transformation in public sector or private sector
• First responsibility as (sub-)project lead for complex transformation projects
• Outstanding university degree
• In-depth knowledge of public administration, Bundeswehr, police, or armed forces
• Change management skills for IT system introduction and organizational transitions

Responsibilities

• Project and multi-project management for digital transformation at Bundeswehr, police, and NATO
• Organizational realignment for national and alliance defense challenges
• Process and organizational optimization in personnel, budget, and procurement
• Implementation support for modernization projects, e.g., designing the digital nervous system of armed forces
• Development of digitalization strategies and transformation concepts
