💼 About This Role

You'll support creator partnerships and business development for a high-growth startup disrupting digital advertising. You'll work cross-functionally to source top YouTube creators, manage pipelines, and gain exposure to startup leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research top YouTube creators and evaluate fit for brand campaigns.
• Own creator sourcing and maintain a pipeline of potential partners.
• Communicate Agentio's value proposition to onboard creators.
• Collaborate on outreach strategy and relationship development.

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled Junior or Senior graduating in '25 or '26.
• Available to work 25–40 hours per week in-person from NoMad office.
• Strong interest in YouTube creator space, digital marketing, and startups.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables).
• Familiarity with YouTube analytics platforms like Tubular.
• Experience with AI tools like Chat GPT or Gemini.
