You'll lead a high-performing SaaS Account Management division, defining strategy and driving growth for Fieldwire project management software. You will directly impact the digital transformation of the construction industry by aligning global teams and delivering key organizational objectives. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define market strategy and align with global team
• Manage and develop the Account Management Organization
• Own strategic direction and investment proposals
• Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets through renewal and expansion
• Coach managers and implement personnel decisions

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or project management in construction
• At least 5 years of sales management with proven success internationally
• Master degree in Engineering or Business Administration (preferred)
