Description

You will serve as the front-line competitive operations owner for the Esports World Cup and Nations Cup in APAC, supporting teams and tournament organizers with rules, scheduling, and qualification. Your work ensures competitive integrity and smooth event execution, with on-site support in Riyadh.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in esports or sports league administration
• Very good knowledge of League of Legends and/or VALORANT
• Ability to apply sound judgment in ambiguous situations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to Riyadh for events

Responsibilities

• Own competitive operations support for EWC and ENC national teams in APAC
• Interpret and enforce competition rules and policies
• Serve as primary contact for team captains, coaches, and federation representatives
• Guide teams through scheduling, scrimmages, and qualification readiness
• Provide on-site competitive operations support during live events in Riyadh
