Description

You will design, build, and operationalize Anthropic's enterprise crisis management program, leading exercises and real-world activations to prevent, prepare for, respond to, and recover from crises. You'll be a trusted partner across the organization, focusing on continuous improvement and building cross-functional response capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years professional experience in crisis management, emergency management, or incident response
• Demonstrated experience as an Incident Commander leading cross-functional teams in high-stress situations
• Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Risk Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Designed and facilitated crisis exercises at multiple complexity levels
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including executive briefings

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain crisis management program including plans, playbooks, protocols, and governance structures aligned with NIMS/ICS, ISO 22301
• Plan and facilitate crisis exercises and tabletop simulations to test plans and build team capabilities
• Serve as Incident Commander or direct support during crisis activations
• Develop and deliver crisis readiness training for GSIS team, executives, and cross-functional partners
• Lead after-action reviews and track corrective actions to completion
