💼 About This Role

You'll oversee multiple [solidcore] studios in the Tampa/Orlando area, driving revenue growth and team development. You'll manage day-to-day operations, analyze KPIs, and implement company strategies. This role combines field leadership with coaching classes, offering a hybrid work model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and monitor class schedules for multiple studios.
• Own operational and financial performance for a territory.
• Develop local marketing strategies to drive traffic.
• Lead and develop a team of Head Coach-Community Managers.

📋 Requirements

• Multi-unit management experience (3-5 years preferred).
• People management experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality (3-5 years preferred).
• Group fitness instruction or personal training experience (2 years preferred).
• Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office, especially Excel.
