You'll own the knowledge base and content for a modern gifting platform, keeping help center articles accurate and up to date. You'll serve as the key partner for a BPO support team, answering questions and improving processes. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive CX professional passionate about operational excellence.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Maintain and audit help center knowledge base articles
- Serve as primary resource for BPO support team
- Assist with ticket triage and escalation management
- Partner cross-functionally on new product launches
๐ Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or CX operations
- Strong writing skills to explain complex topics clearly
- Experience maintaining a knowledge base or help center
- Comfortable working with CRM tools like Zendesk or Kustomer
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with AI features in support platforms
- Familiarity with gifting, e-commerce, or B2B SaaS products
- Experience working with BPO or outsourced support teams
