You'll serve as the key partner for a BPO support team, answering questions and improving processes.   • Maintain and audit help center knowledge base articles
  • Serve as primary resource for BPO support team
  • Assist with ticket triage and escalation management
  • Partner cross-functionally on new product launches

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support or CX operations
  • Strong writing skills to explain complex topics clearly
  • Experience maintaining a knowledge base or help center
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools like Zendesk or Kustomer

  • Experience with AI features in support platforms
  • Familiarity with gifting, e-commerce, or B2B SaaS products
  • Experience working with BPO or outsourced support teams
