Description

You will own wafer-level packaging processes and equipment for the Starlink RF filter production line. Your work will optimize manufacturing to enhance yield, reduce cycle time, and lower costs, directly supporting SpaceX's mission to connect the world and enable life on Mars.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in chemical engineering, electrical engineering, materials science or STEM
• Experience in semiconductor packaging process engineering
• Proficiency in SPC, DOE, 8D, and change control
• Experience with EVG mask aligners, TEL clean track, TTS laminators, polyimide coating
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Own WLP processes and equipment for production line
• Develop and integrate new WLP processes
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance yield, reduce cycle time, and lower costs
• Write and maintain SOPs and engineering documentation
• Collaborate with design teams to optimize manufacturability
