Description

As an Engagement Manager II on our AI Expert Services team, you will own the full lifecycle of deploying OfferFit by Braze machine learning solutions for marketers. You'll lead technical workshops, manage customer relationships, drive process improvements, and influence the product roadmap to deliver impactful AI-driven customer engagements.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of project management, consulting, or professional services experience
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (advanced degree preferred)
• Hands-on technical experience in architecture and machine learning design
• Expert in leading workshops with senior-level stakeholders
• Proactive and resourceful with entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI deployment lifecycle from use case design to UAT
• Facilitate technical workshops with customers on model configuration and integration
• Drive successful customer engagements by managing deliverables, risks, and communication
• Drive process improvement by refining the AI deployment playbook
• Influence the product roadmap based on customer and deployment team needs
