You'll lead the Financial and Business Intelligence function at WisdomTree, shaping how sales, marketing, client, product, and financial data drive strategic decisions. You'll transform data into actionable insight for senior leadership. This role combines deep asset management fluency with hands-on analytics leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set vision and lead the Financial and Business Intelligence function.
• Own management information and executive insight agenda.
• Build and govern enterprise data foundation for sales, marketing, and finance.
• Generate proactive business intelligence and strategic insight.
• Lead forecasting, scenario analysis, and performance diagnostics.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years in business intelligence or strategic analytics in asset management.
• Strong knowledge of asset management distribution and sales processes.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Power BI, SQL, Excel, and modern data tooling.

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience in asset management sales or distribution teams.
• Experience designing executive dashboards for senior leadership.
• Experience developing sales pipeline or forecasting models in financial services.
