Description

You will supervise and engage with children in the Saints After School program, assist with activities and transitions, prepare materials, and ensure a safe, positive environment. This part-time role runs from 2:30-5:30 on weekdays, with opportunities for full days on teacher workdays.

Requirements

• High school degree required
• At least 18 years of age
• One year of previous professional childcare experience preferred
• Warm, positive attitude with children and fellow teachers
• Ability to supervise multiple children and manage minor behavioral incidents

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage with children's play and projects
• Assist in group activities and transitions
• Prepare needed materials and supplies
• Observe playground and other activities to ensure safety
• Maintain a neat and organized classroom and play area
