💼 About This Role

You'll manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless introduction to the organization. You'll collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to guide new employees from offer acceptance through full integration. This role is key to delivering structured onboarding sessions and ensuring every new team member is fully oriented to Wing’s culture and expectations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding from offer confirmation to HR handover.
• Conduct new hire orientations on company policies, culture, and procedures.
• Ensure timely setup of system access and HR accounts before start date.
• Collaborate with departments to verify completion of pre-employment requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR onboarding or HR operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, HRIS/ATS platforms and onboarding tools.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding cycles.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in HR, Learning & Development, or employee training.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
• Experience developing onboarding documentation or multimedia materials.
