💼 About This Role

You'll keep the recruiting engine running smoothly in a fast-paced remote environment, coordinating interviews, ATS records, and candidate communications to drive hiring outcomes for ABC Legal Services. You'll also build creative sourcing campaigns across multiple channels.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute high-volume candidate outreach via calls, SMS, and email
• Track, organize, and audit candidate documents and onboarding materials
• Maintain clean candidate records in ATS/CRM and Excel for accurate handoffs
• Build and execute creative marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of recruiting coordination, HR support, or admin experience
• Experience creating sourcing or marketing campaigns to attract candidates
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience using an ATS or CRM to manage candidate records and workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in high-volume recruitment
• Familiarity with Excel and reporting
• Knowledge of legal services industry
