You'll own and execute Tandem's local marketing strategy in Germany, translating European campaigns into credible, high-quality local execution. You'll collaborate closely with commercial and clinical teams to drive brand trust and demand generation in a regulated healthcare environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and execute German marketing plan across brand, demand generation, and events
• Lead local product launches, partnerships, and PR moments
• Adapt central narratives to resonate with German market
• Provide structured market insights to inform positioning and roadmap

📋 Requirements

• Native-level German (written and spoken)
• Strong professional English (working language)
• Experience in B2B marketing in SaaS, health tech, or regulated industries
• Experience operating in complex stakeholder environments
