You'll build and lead a team creating AI-powered infrastructure agents that automate DevOps, SRE, and DBA workflows. Your impact will reduce operational toil and improve system reliability across a global engineering organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, mentor, and develop a team of 5 engineers.
• Define and execute the AI automation strategy for infrastructure.
• Design AI agents for incident response and root cause analysis.
• Develop AI agents for database operations automation.
• Ensure production-grade reliability of automation systems.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years managing a team of 3+ engineers
• Deep experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD
• Hands-on SRE or DevOps background

• Background in database administration
