You'll optimize manufacturing operations for defense hardware at a cutting-edge tech company. You'll own capacity models, production line design, and data-driven improvements for quality and speed. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Produce capacity models and production ramp plans.
• Design facility layouts and production lines using CAD.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Own reporting and analysis of manufacturing health.
• Lead design of production lines using Value Stream Mapping.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in high-rate manufacturing environment.
• Experience with factory and production line design.
• Knowledge of Siemens Plant Simulation or Process Simulation.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and MES systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming (Python, etc.).
