Description

As a mid-level individual contributor, you will execute and support US PEO payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery. You'll combine hands-on execution with process improvements, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven US PEO end-to-end payroll execution experience
• Knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Proficiency in payroll systems and ability to learn new tools
• Comfortable operating independently in a remote-first environment

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end US PEO payroll ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Validate payroll inputs, calculations, and outputs
• Manage payroll exceptions, adjustments, and reconciliations
• Support operational implementation of payroll processes and system updates
• Identify and implement payroll process improvements
