💼 About This Role

You'll lead the team building Assemble, our agentic AI platform, owning the core platform's technical foundation. You'll drive engineering excellence and build scalable infrastructure that powers enterprise deployments. This role is product and platform-focused, working closely with Product, Architecture, and client-facing teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own roadmap and delivery for core platform capabilities
• Build scalable infrastructure for data pipelines, agent orchestration, and integrations
• Establish and enforce engineering standards and practices
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of platform engineers

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years in engineering management
• Strong background in Python, cloud platforms, and distributed systems
• Experience building platforms or developer tools
