Description

You will provide personal care and comfort to hospice patients under the supervision of a registered nurse, observing and reporting patient conditions to ensure quality end-of-life support.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care needs after patient assignment
• Attend to patient requests promptly
• Report difficulties to Case Manager immediately
• Observe patient and document care performed
