💼 About This Role

You'll perform home health visits for adult and geriatric patients, providing speech therapy as part of a multi-disciplinary care team. You'll develop and revise treatment plans to help clients regain independence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform evaluations to diagnose and treat communication or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care activities.

📋 Requirements

• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
• Experience with adult and geriatric populations in home health or similar setting.
