💼 About This Role

You'll join the SignNow team as an API Support Specialist, providing technical troubleshooting and development assistance for customers integrating with our eSignature APIs and SDKs. You'll serve as a subject matter expert, diagnosing code samples and resolving complex integrations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and provide development assistance for SignNow customers
• Diagnose customer code samples and identify issues before escalation
• Serve as escalation point for technical questions from internal and external teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex integration problems

📋 Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in customer support
• 1+ year in a technical support role
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs
• Fluent English with excellent grammar and writing skills

• Basic experience with PHP, Java, Python, or Node.js
• Experience with Zapier, Salesforce, or other integration platforms
