💼 About This Role

You'll lead the execution and continuous improvement of the Workday HCM platform for a next-generation financial services company. You'll drive the roadmap, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration across HR and Finance to ensure the platform scales effectively.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to and shape the Workday HCM roadmap with senior leadership
• Drive prioritization and execution of roadmap initiatives balancing enhancements and compliance
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday initiatives across HCM modules and integrations

📋 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience with Workday HCM including hands-on configuration
• 3-5+ years of people leadership experience leading techno-functional teams
• Experience supporting multiple Workday modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent)
