You'll serve as a Trusted Advisor to Senior Commercial Leaders, driving regional GTM talent strategy for Trustpilot's US Commercial function. You'll combine hands-on recruiting delivery with market intelligence to attract top talent in a high-growth tech environment.

• Advise senior leaders on talent landscape and compensation.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for mid-to-senior roles.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting including offer negotiation.
• Participate in cross-functional TA projects to improve efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• In-house TA experience in high-growth tech or SaaS.
• Expertise in US talent landscape for commercial roles.
• Proven leadership influence on strategic hiring decisions.
• Data-driven sourcing with measurable outcomes.
