You'll join a fast-growing beauty company as the central hub for demand planning, consolidating market signals, campaign data, and sales inputs into a reliable forecast. You'll drive the S&OP process and connect Commercial, SCM, and Finance teams. This role offers the chance to build structures and evolve methodologies in a dynamic environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create monthly 12-month rolling forecast
• Own demand review and prepare materials
• Align with Commercial team on campaigns
• Implement demand planning tool and system logic

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in demand planning or supply chain
• Experience with demand planning tools and D2C models
• Proficient in ERP systems, ideally Reybex
• Fluency in German and English (C1)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with S&OP and S&OE processes
• Knowledge of forecast KPIs like MAPE and Bias
