You'll be the welcoming, knowledgeable face at our front desk, supporting clinical flow and client communications. Your ability to speak **veterinary lingo** and anticipate client needs will directly contribute to **smoother appointments** and **stronger client relationships**.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a **veterinary office** preferred.
• Basic knowledge of **veterinary terminology and procedures**.
• Ability to discuss sensitive topics (e.g., end-of-life care) with **empathy**.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets warmly, complete sign-in, verify appointments.
• Escort clients to exam rooms and relay information between clients and staff.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls for appointments, care questions, refills.
• Process payments, manage invoicing, and schedule future appointments.
