Description

As the Senior Manager, Sales at Housecall Pro, you will lead and coach sales managers and teams to consistently achieve and exceed targets. You will collaborate with senior sales leadership to set and deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual goals, while driving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of improvement. Your success is measured by your ability to develop excellent managers and ensure team alignment with the company's mission.

Requirements

  • 5+ years sales management experience in a high-growth environment (SaaS preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading teams of 25+ reps.
  • Proven experience leading second-line leaders, including hiring and developing front-line managers.
  • Experience using AI tools to increase quality and efficiency.
