You'll lead front-of-house teams in one of our restaurants, managing daily operations and staff development while ensuring every meal contributes to creating trips of a lifetime for guests. Your leadership directly impacts guest satisfaction and team success at a world-class golf resort on the Oregon Coast.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily operations across dining venues, scheduling, and cash handling
  • Hire, train, and coach front-of-house staff with development plans
  • Implement budget plans, monitor financial performance, and increase revenue per guest
  • Ensure compliance with OLCC, TIPS, and regulatory requirements
  • Resolve guest issues and coordinate with other departments

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of restaurant management with supervisory responsibilities
  • Experience leading teams and coaching employees
  • Budget management and cost control experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
