You'll lead front-of-house teams in one of our restaurants, managing daily operations and staff development while ensuring every meal contributes to creating trips of a lifetime for guests. Your leadership directly impacts guest satisfaction and team success at a world-class golf resort on the Oregon Coast.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations across dining venues, scheduling, and cash handling
- Hire, train, and coach front-of-house staff with development plans
- Implement budget plans, monitor financial performance, and increase revenue per guest
- Ensure compliance with OLCC, TIPS, and regulatory requirements
- Resolve guest issues and coordinate with other departments
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of restaurant management with supervisory responsibilities
- Experience leading teams and coaching employees
- Budget management and cost control experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
