🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement People programs to attract, retain, and promote diverse talent
• Serve as trusted partner to employees and leaders in revenue-focused client groups
• Manage global employee relations issues and ensure compliance
• Drive career path development and succession planning initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of HRBP experience in a cybersecurity or tech organization
• BA/BS degree in relevant field
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams across different time zones
• Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
