Description

You will oversee the replication and operation of CEO's vocational model across multiple sites, including hiring and developing local program leadership, ensuring achievement of program performance goals, budget adherence, and compliance with contracts. Collaborate with Social Enterprise leadership to support participants through transitional job training and workforce development, and work with Program Support teams to cultivate funding partners, improve learning and program quality, and drive system improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of demonstrated leadership and program management within a mission-driven organization
• Proficient in leading direct and indirect reports to meet performance-based goals
• Proficient in leading teams to collect, analyze, and apply data to drive program strategy
• Proficiency with technology, including Google Suite and Salesforce
• Strong communication, advisory, and negotiation skills with ability to build relationships with stakeholders of all levels

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to vocational operations at multiple sites, ensuring implementation of CEO vocational model with fidelity
• Work with local leadership to set and achieve impactful annual goals for vocational programming
• Achieve program outcomes aligned with annual goals and multi-site grant agreements, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
• Oversee local management of site budgets, including SNAP and other performance-based outcomes, staff costs, and vocational OTPS
• Cultivate a culture of performance management by monitoring and holding self and others accountable for program operations
