You will support construction technology products and digital solutions, working closely with Product Support, Rental, Sales, and Service teams to enhance equipment management and customer experience. Your role involves installing and troubleshooting hardware, maintaining user accounts, and training employees on digital applications.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years experience in construction/heavy equipment industry
  • 1-5 years technology experience or equivalent
  • Valid California Class C Driver's License with clean record
  • Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word
  • Ability to communicate professionally and clearly

Responsibilities

  • Support construction technology products including Product Link, VisionLink, Cat App, Cat Inspect, and machine control/guidance
  • Install and troubleshoot Product Link devices on construction equipment and engines/generators
  • Update customer and equipment data in software applications
  • Grant access and maintain user accounts within various applications
  • Provide guidance to Service personnel on hardware installation and configuration
