💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the site expert for all control systems, sensors, PLCs, and automation equipment at our Magdeburg facility. You'll work with the maintenance team to optimize material handling and automation systems and improve system reliability through active monitoring and troubleshooting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and troubleshoot automation, robotics, and control systems
• Perform active fault-finding and repair of PLCs, SCADA, cameras, sensors
• Train technicians on basic control system troubleshooting
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment with teams

📋 Requirements

• Completed degree in electrical engineering or automation technology
• 3-4 years experience with Siemens (TIA, WinCC), Cognex cameras, and Rockwell (Studio 5000)
• Understanding of industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Profibus, Profinet, ASI-Bus, MODBUS/TCP)
• Good German and advanced English skills
