You'll define and execute the commercial strategy for a digital transformation consultancy, driving new business with large accounts and mid-caps. Your work will directly impact company growth and revenue targets while leading a team of 5 business developers. This role offers strategic influence and a path to partner-level.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Define and execute the global commercial strategy.
- Acquire new strategic accounts from first contact to signing.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 5 business developers.
- Oversee the full sales cycle from RFI to final contract negotiation.
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years in a commercial role in IT consulting or ESN.
- 2+ years of management experience.
- Expertise in full-cycle sales (managed services and fixed-price) to large accounts.
- Fluent English for client negotiations.

- Deep knowledge of Product Management ecosystem and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in banking/finance or industry/energy sectors.
