You'll collaborate with product and design to deliver intuitive editing and rendering experiences at scale. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of new features in the Django monolith for core viewing and editing
• Optimize database queries, endpoints, and caching layers for performance and scalability
• Make architectural decisions about monolith vs service extraction
• Set high bar for engineering excellence through code reviews and mentorship

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience building backend applications at high scale and availability
• Extensive experience with Python
• Strong ability to optimize endpoint performance and database queries
• Strong advocate for automated testing
