🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and optimize building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• Manage small-to-medium capital projects for facility improvements
• Provide technical guidance to maintenance teams on diagnostics
• Develop and implement EHS compliance programs and training

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• 3-7 years of experience in facility engineering or industrial maintenance
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and building automation
• Proficiency with CMMS/ERP systems for maintenance management

• PLC or programming knowledge
